The first step in DubLi is becoming a DubLi Network Business Associate. You register to become a business associate at dublinetwork.com. It is critical that you join DubLi using the proper link provided by the Business Associate that introduced you to DubLi. Being placed in the down line of The Eagles is crucial if you want to join The Eagle Team.
